I'm working on this at the moment, though I've yet to find the relevant legal clause on in-lieu holidays being observed on the following Saturday and Monday if they fall on Friday and Sunday yet based on ASEAN's 2022 and 2023 calendar.

Other sources I'm working with right now (Wikipedia didn't cite any sources, so it's hardly usable):

That and the Armed Forces Day despite being a public holiday, are not covered in Employment Order, 2009.
