I think it would be nice to offer support for some default color themes. Where a user can specify a theme and have some good-looking colors. Maybe support for solarized and nord out of the box along with any other popular themes out there.

Wow, I like the idea 👍
First and simplest that came to my mind, themes could be simple shell scripts to be sourced and used before setting up the prompt variables.
Would you mind contributing such themes @gregf ? 😜
There could be a themes directory in the repo.
One question...how should the different cars be addressed properly? Like real 3rd party ones. I'd prefer to define themes only for the "officially" recognised cars.
