pcommands (Python Commands simulator):

1) 'pcolor' retrive ANSI colors from giving mode and color name

2) 'pcat' modules simulate 'cat' command line:

2-1) 'pcatpcolor' simulates 'cat' command that uses 'pcolor' module

2-2) 'pcat' simulates 'cat' command that uses 'rich' library

usage: pcat.py [-h] filename

Read file and print it.

positional arguments: filename the input file name

optional arguments: -h, --help show this help message and exit
