Create a "per Handler" / "per Route" Fallback to the Default Data when using custom Data

• Check if it's enough to define the custom handlers before the default handlers for a certain route
• Brainstorm and define the logic / process for dev's to define custom handlers for the existing default routes
• Enhance the docs to explain how it works
• Adjust the code if needed
