allow multiple root nodes

Behaviour I think this feature should have:

Checkboxtree is good but it could be improved by allowing multiple root nodes. 
This is a big limitation. 

Examples:

Configuration options I think this feature need to work:

none

I would like to have this feature working within:


I'll use labels to provide others informations.

I modified an example and I found no issue with multiple root.
