This is the error I get:
An error occurred while processing a template (Cannot call method 'indexOf' of undefined). Use --force to continue.
Haven't been able to make htmllint work.

Could you try with 0.2.1? npm install grunt-html@0.2.1 That 0.3.x releases are compatible with 0.4, which I expected to be final at most a few days after I published those, that very much didn't work out... sorry about the mess.
