Command Line interface seems to have some problems on my Thinkpad L380

Hi!
I was trying to use kb_light to control my kbd backlight from the command line.
kb_light 0/1/2 seem to work just fine (using the ibmpmdrv version)
However, "kb_light ?" does not seem to set the %errorlevel% adequately, as I always get either 0 or 9009...
Also, the app does not seem to be able to write to the registry key that stores the brightness value... (Although I have no issues with this, because I prefer that command line programs do not write to the registry)
In case you are interested in trying to find if something is indeed wrong and deserves to be corrected, I'm available to help (but I am no programmer...)
Hopefully, I will look into it soon. My ThinkPad is not available for the moment, so it is hard to test stuff. I think there are some leftover things that do not work, as far as I remember, yet I left them like that as I got involved with working on some other projects. I can't promise anything, just that I will look into it eventually.
Thanks for the feedback.
Ok. Thank you for replying. I didn't mean to put any pressure on you.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! :-)
Hey, no worries, no pressure felt. Again, thanks for checking this out. When I will have news, for sure I will let you know.
Thanks and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too!
