syncslides: Create sync FAB for when audience is on a different slide than the presenter

If an audience member decides to switch slides, pop up a FAB that allows the member to re-sync to the current slide.
@jameshome -- Once the audience member un-syncs, should we keep them "un-synced" even if they return to the slide the presenter is on? If the member goes forward and then goes back, should they advance when the presenter advances, or should they have to touch the FAB?
