Baku - Support dynamic sort order for list data bindings

It's not yet entirely clear whether this should be mutable since everything else in the refactored toolkit behaves like a wither, but being able to change the sort order of a collection binding dynamically is a very useful feature.

Maybe a good compromise would be to explicitly prefix all withers with "with" and make everything else (that's not prefixed with "as") a fluent setter.
