Clean and document data structure

The current version of the analyser returns a huge - and loosely organised - amount of data, as required by the research-driven approach during development.
The data structure needs:

• pruning and cleaning,
• better structure between data, metadata (and error?)
• better documentation (in particular for Swagger)
