Add selector code for calculated field `measure-label`

Adapt 3-gen-selector-code.Rmd to create additional calculated field code, similar to those for "dimension" and "measure", that will define a calculated field measure-label from <varlabel>_l, based on the <varlabel> selected in the measure dropdown menu
