For me the app looks promising, but crashes after logging in. macOS 10.14.4

I've created a pull request:

App now works for me after updating pods/metadata/swift.
I have some low-hanging-fruits improvements that I could do.

I'm not a Cocoa/Swift/macOS developer by profession, so any help and improvements is really appreciated. Thank you for the PR @karol-depka, I will look it over
