Add functionality to calculate transitions between siteswaps

There should be some way to parameterise transitions, or find a canonical transition (perhaps one with the minimum energy). It should be possible to transition between any two siteswaps of the same cardinality (perhaps siteswaps that can switch cardinality would be nice to have in the future).
