Can you extend Tamil All Character Encoding (TACE16) with this tool?

Sorry i spelled wrongly. It is TACE-16 is correct form.

Does VS Code support TACE-16 encoding? I am not sure if it does.

If you change font from options; and then install tamilvu TACE-16-font; then you can able to use.
