Automatic Back up is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No clue
2. Background data is enabled, automatic back up enabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output... It should go directly to my Email account. What it does
instead...nothing!
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest on my EVO 3d
