What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch app
2. Click Backup
3. the app hangs and then force close
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
on 2.3.5 the backup success. on 4.0.3 the app hangs and then force close
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Samsung GS2 i9100 running ICS 4.0.3 Stock Rom, not Root.
