bd62, apply PTO in light jungle. Palm Trees in the valley area do not work properly with los. Appear to be at ground level.

This bug fix should apply to all boards with los checking that have a Palm Tree transform. This is usually implemented via a board overlay file and is now handled by the ASLMap.adjustLOSForOverlays() method.
