Remove the Use Delexe Sized Hexes option

With the advent of BoardZoomer, we can now plan to remove the Use Deluxe Sized Hexes option which currently does not work properly.

I have assigned it to 6.7.0 (spring 2025) which gives us another 8 months or so to address any remaining or new bugs arising from BoardZoomer, before removing the Deluxe Hex option.

In any event, the option can be removed from the BoardPicker window without removing the underlying functionality, such as it is. If BoardZoomer performs well from now till then, it may be best to remove the Use Deluxe functionality
