`destroy instance` does not support the `--raw` argument

👋 the destroy instance :id command always returns a human readable string. The help string mentions --raw argument to get the json response, but it does not seem to be implemented.

Yeah, looks like raw was available for other commands but not for destroy instance. It's a simple thing to add though, so I made a pull request.
