Code style in TOC

The code style does not look good in TOC.
It should have the same background as the toc panel, which has background #ddd, as shown below.
This should be an easy change in toc2.css, but be careful only change the code style in the toc panel. We could change the background of code to white in the main document though (see the big port code box to the right).
