Delete *and* decline RCL

As a delivery controller or bee, I basically have 2 1/2 options what to do: I can issue a clearance, I can delete the RCL or I can revert the pilot to voice (hoping that he/she is already in range of the DEL controller and making him/her DEL's problem).

We had quite a few RCLs for tracks that didn't start with Gander but with New York Oceanic. The solution we chose was to send them a "your oceanic clearance will be handled by NY, they don't use natTrak, so don't be surprised that we'll now delete your request" chat message, folllowed by doing so.

Would there be a possibility of adding a decline button that causes the RCL to be removed from the pending list, but at the same time the pilot doesn't see that there is nothing pending, but rather gets the same message we sent above?
