Unable to install veloedit

Tried to install veloedit to eclipse via the marketplace and install new software option but got the following error message both times ...
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed session context was:(profile=C__Users_Username_eclipse_javascript-2019-09_eclipse, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=). Problems downloading artifact: org.eclipse.update.feature,org.vaulttec.velocity.feature,1.0.9.20190530-1839. SHA-256 hash is not as expected. Expected: 413c07e38b92d2d4f2dfd3b35360207889f5cd8d28f8a0ef3d5cc70d878a6927 and found 240e58fcd3bd957129e18237e309f17a2b386330f4a554ab385a8e6b1d5eab9b.
I am using eclipse version 2019-09 R (4.13.0) and was trying to install veloedit 1.0.9
Perhaps you had a bad download, or a proxy server which delivered the wrong binary to you. Try it again; I haven't had any problems installing Veloedit, including back when you had to install the "old plug-ins plug-in" :)
