This is to remind me to clean up any of the source code and migrate them to source files. Will probably finish this within one week or two.

Going to be working on this branch. Had a mishap but hopefully won't make anymore

Currently was able to move some functions to the Data object from the Experiments object. I am not sure if moving everything else is necessary since we are no longer moving forward with this direction.

Agreed. I'll merge this branch into dev and we can archive the older code in later commits. Thanks.
