Website specifies non-working hosts entry

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
The website says
Please add vccw.test 192.168.33.10 by yourself!
I wondered more or less 5 minutes why not even ping vccw.test worked on my machine. The line in hosts has to be 192.168.33.10 vccw.test swapping the order.
