Only people with IITJ Google account can upload photos to this site, although anyone can see the photos and like them.
- Add a Google Login option where IITJ identity can be verified.
- Set an upload limit to avoid spam (since we also need to verify if the photo submitted is for the correct location or not)
- Add the actual upload system - to start with let's do uploads form local computer only (later we can add Drive and all)
