Sidebar Tree • Moving Folders & Scraps Around Is An Unsmooth Matter

Though it is not of major concern, this is a persistently annoying issue that spoils the user-experience. Whenever a folder or a scrap-file is moved by dragging it to another location in the Sidebar Tree, it will arrive at the destination, but it does not want to stick easily once it gets there. It appears to be "rejected" by the destination by "bouncing" off it, and will usually land up either above or below the destination folder. It takes practice getting the destination folder to "absorb" the moved item the first time, every time, and so it remains somewhat of a chance affair.
