code-in-caption should be in code/monospace font.

User's raw code will show as image captions with the setting /setcodeincaptionon. However, the raw code is in regular text format instead of code/monospace. I would expect it to be formatted in monospace.
Tested on
- Telegram for Android v7.3.1 (2199) arm64-v8a
- Telegram Desktop for Linux 64 bit v2.5.1
- Telegram Desktop for Windows 64 bit v2.5.1
