Only using commands is problematic because it means that all actions that want to be called by Slappers have to be commands that take a player argument. I made an API to solve this problem and similar ones: https://github.com/Xd-pro/ActionsPM.

I dont plan on adding this myself / putting such time into doing something like this so if you find that its a useful thing to add PRs are welcome
