Improve guidance for the automated verification option

At least explain what setup the automated process requires. Consider reducing the setup complexity as well. Maybe switch to using SMTP directly? or at least get rid of the need to filter authentication mails?

Another idea: How about having a feature dedicated to retrieving the latest authentication mail, just for desktop use. The app would effectively serve as a two-factor authenticator.
