Buttons are not working

Hi, first of all, great Project!

I tried to install it on a RPI4 with a 2.7' paper hat, but the buttons are without any funktion. Any ideas why?

Hey there.... this sounds like an issue people got with the current waveshare libraries. It is addressed in #82

now its working, but i have to press the buttons several seconds
