Add dataset dialog uses incorrect text

When using the "Add Dataset" dialog in PoleStar, the "From URL" tab has incorrect text: Make sure that the formatting is correct and clean the data before adding it to Voyager.

This should say "PoleStar" instead of "Voyager", or if the problem is that vega-lite-ui level, maybe not mention the specific name of the tool.
