Zooming depth chart doesn't behave as expected

Description

Zooming appears to be centered on the initial mid price and does not reflect the current mid price.

Steps to Reproduce

I think if you just load the page, go to the depth chart, and then leave it for a few minutes. Then zoom in after the mid price has changed, you will see this issue.

Expected behavior

Zooming should always be centered on the mid price. Should the mid price always be centered more generally? Yes, it should.
