Story
As a user
I want a price chart
So that I can see the value of my balances over time
Acceptance Criteria
- As a developer I can pass data which conforms to a documented API
- As a user the chart should be usable at different sizes including mobile
- As a user I should be able to see detailed information for a particular point in time

Notes
At its heart this is a line chart but there are some more advanced directions it could go, including:
- provide an overview and let the user zoom and pan to view just the period they are interested in
- enable the user to compare multiple time series, e.g. assets
