Candle loading state when switching between markets

Description
The chart ends up in an odd state when switching between markets
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to any active market
- Switch to another active market
- Note that the candles clear, but a few candles loaded in early
- Then suddenly the chart adjusts as the rest of the candles load in
Expected behavior
Candles should be cleared until initial candles are loaded in.
