Imaging and lighting setup improvements

A complete imaging and lighting setup was developed as part of the MBac project during MozSprint. Here is the respective (closed) issue of the MBac project.

Nevertheless we still want to improve the setup to make it more flexible. We will document our builds in the chamber folder.
