Hey i know that you have Gitlab for issues but is it used for pull requests too?
I prefer GitHub pull requests but i need to know

Yup, we use Gitlab as our main repo for both issues and MRs :) You'll need to request access to our dev repo though, are you able to join our Discord server for that?
