Show draft articles of other users

TIL: Drafts get saved in plain text.

While I think, people assume that a draft isn't visible to others and I certainly wish I had a way to save my progress to continue on a different machine, the current plain-text nature of the drafts could be made more explicit by calling it work-in-progress and let others opt in to seeing articles in the process of being written. After all, it would be a trivial hack to make all drafts visible anyway.
