Add a status to the provider object

Prefer a string with a set of predefined statuses to have flexibility in the future, if needed.

For providers not ready yet, have the status says something like "upcoming"
For providers ready, say "active"

Then, if needed, we could have "obsolete", ...

On the /providers endpoint, returns all the providers
