Add support for Untis Info Timetables

Untis's Info-Stundenplan layout often does not contain substitution schedules, but only timetables with changes marked in red. This HTML Untis generates for these timetables is very difficult to parse because it contains tables making heavy (and in some cases seemingly unnecessary) use of the rowspan and colspan attributes.
I have started to work on this on the untis-info-timetable branch.
