A few scanners not working

ipfingerprints, pingeu, and spiderip are all not working. I'm not sure how long this has been the case, I hardly ever use the -a option.
- ipfingerprints: resolving, but not returning any data.
- pingeu: reporting every port as up
- spiderip: unable to run / not resolving
