Is it possible to login with sessionId

I'm not sure is this right place to ask this question. But do you know is there possibility to login via session id? Without password and username? Or is it because Odoo requires passsword + username,

I don't think this feature exists in their external API by default, but there is a Rest API 3rd party addon that offers this feature: https://github.com/yezyilomo/odoo-rest-api
