what was wrong with the previous permissions?
everybody had free access to delete everything, not a big deal with the repo but it kinda bothered hierarch for riichi.moe
it doesn't change much, just that when we add people to the org we need to give them rights for the repo
aka put them in the repoanons team https://github.com/orgs/vg-mjg/teams/repoanons
team page is also kinda neat
*not a big deal with the repo because a bunch of people have backups, while for smaller repos I for example deleted everything on my pc
it's easy to revert the repo into an undeleted version with git tho, as long as they don't have access to the big red button that we have.

you can delete the whole branch
so there's nothing to revert to, unless you have a local backup
