Broken Tenhou link

So if you try to go to link to a certain section in the Library page (for example, the tenhou section in the Game Resources/Tools) you get an empty tab. The only issue really is the Minhou link in the front page under Tenhou, so if there's no easy solution then close this issue and I'll just put a direct link to the program in the front page instead.
