Missing UI components & screens

The application only works with the terminal as of now.
We should have the UI components and screens built with JavaFX ready for grading in the upcoming weeks.

To be implemented:
- Core UI elements (Screen builder, buttons, text boxes, data tables, etc...)
- Authentication Screen (Sign up, log in)
- Admin dashboard (view all accounts, items, transactions, etc...)
- Customer dashboard (view transaction history, current rented items, browse items, etc...)
