Can you make the ago part of the string optional? It's useful in more contexts that way

Is it a good idea to re-design API in general for this (and #5 and maybe #3)?

Maybe you got some hints about how to organize it? The builder pattern?

Released timeago v0.1.1, with this feature controlled by ago setting.
