all keys in matrix tester are triggered forever

I'm trying to port vial to my keyboard, when I test it, the matrix tester is broken: all keys are triggered forever. I tried to click reset, I could see the matrix was cleared for a short time, and they are then triggered immediately. And as you can see in the picture, no keys/inputs to the host at the mean while.

It happens after I add a macro, so strange..
