at least in the demo, maybe it just needs updated jquery.ui there

Please re-open the issue if IE9 is still causing troubles.

works in the examples now in the code, but the demo link ought to be updated too, http://www.suumit.com/projects/bsmSelect/examples/index.html, which is still showing as before
