Integrate seeders count

• Add seeders Int attribute to StreamSchema (consequently add it to SeriesStreamSchema)
• Add updated at attribute to StreamSchema
• Update seeders value on demand after configured threshold timeout*
• Create upper layer to DAO (i.e. StreamController)
• Add seeders fetching to StreamController
• Add title formatting to StreamController (adding seeders count details)

• timeout could be a month, that is, after a month a Stream GET request would promote update of both seeders and updated at attributes
