Remove updateByMerge function

Create a function named 'normalizeParams' to alter 'updateByMerge'.

We still use builtin method 'findByIdAndUpdate'.

After this phase, or before this phase, we can use uploader to handle createUploading, removeUploading.

We need to support upload type also.
