Skip Ahead and Back _Buttons_

Users want to incrementally jump or skip ahead, yet on mobile -- or if unaware of keyboard shortcuts -- they don't have an easy way to do that.

Describe:

When the player appears, it has skip ahead and back buttons which cause playback to jump forward or backward. It's fine if this is configurable and absent without opting into the setting.

Alternatives:

End users can already visually jump to any time in the timeline, and on desktop they can be taught to use keyboard shortcuts for incremental jumps.

Thanks for the suggestion, we're not taking feature requests for the Default Layout right now. You're free to build a custom layout if you please following the docs and our examples.
